*master update*

{the floors are sanded....stain is selected...minwax dark walnut...ceiling patched...texture mimicked...dry wall up...taped...sanded...base and crown started....ceiling almost fully painted a nice coat of sherwin williams semi-gloss pure white....all the walls primed...paint picked up...will post a picture tomorrow...getting more and more excited!}
