*my kind of slaw*

{i had this "slaw" called Napa Slaw when i went to my aunt's house last month...it was soooo good that i had to get the recipe from her. the one thing that i liked about it was that it wasn't the typical slaw...yuck. i knew this dish would be pretty simple to make..my kind of "cooking". so when b and i went to our adoptive families get together earlier this month...i made this dish. a couple people at the get together asked me to give them the recipe...i said i would...and then forgot. so sorry...here it is!}

--this is what you need to get--

1 bag angel Hair slaw

1 bag broccoli slaw

2 pkgs beef romain noodles

1 cup slivered almonds

1 cup chopped green onions

crush noodles with rolling pin.

set aside seasoning packets for dressing.

dressing
1 cup canola oil
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 pkgs beef seasoning from noodles

{mix together items for slaw in larger bowl and items for dressing in smaller bowl.....
chill both bowls for several hours then add the dressing to the slaw mixture just before serving
to prevent getting soggy. i did not get a picture of the finished slaw...but beware...}

{it's so good...you won't mind having left overs!}
