happy friday!!

this week has been crazy with a capital C!!!

i am beat...falling asleep as i type...............zzzzzzzzzzzz.

since our house went on the market oh monday afternoon and by tuesday, it was on all four realtor listing sites...we've had four showings with two more today and one offer.

yes..i said an offer. already! it hasn't even been a week!

it wasn't a great offer or even a good offer but people..it was an offer. 

not even a week on the market, i take that as a good sign! :)

we are going to go look at a house or two, plant some flowers in some hanging baskets and maybe a pot or two and do some touch ups before our open house on Sunday.
