I mentioned in my 2014 list that I wanted to try and cook more.
As some of you might know, I am not a good cook and don't take pleasure in cooking.
Over Christmas break, I really tried to push myself. I made a couple different meals from scratch and actually enjoyed it!
So my plan is to try and make at least 1 or 2 new meals a week.
This past week I tried out the chicken and avocado soup I had pinned a while back.
It was good but I think I used too much lime and probably wouldn't have used the cilantro. It was pretty easy though and that was encouraging.
I think the key to keeping me on target for my goal is to easy recipes and a few ingredients.
fingers crossed for more meals in the future! ;)
