{besides working on things for p.t.s...i started to look around the house at things that needed a little tlc....this piece was screaming for some....
here is the before:

and the now:
this is actually a paint color that we contemplated using for the exterior of the house...i think it worked better on the old dresser here...oh and i'm looking for the right type of knobs to replace what's existing...i'm not sure yet...there are a couple that i like and just can't decide...

ha! my 1st thought (without seeing your choices) was glass. so my vote goes to the mercury knobs, the grandma's china knobs from anthropologie being 2nd! i LOVE the paint job. i liked the "before", but i was shocked to see the "after"! what a beautiful piece!!!
and i love that rocking chair in the corner! has such a neat back! did you paint it to match?
