*school is cool skirt*

{do you remember this post? well.... here it is finished. i created this skirt for my niece, victoria. her big birthday is this week and i thought this fabric was perfect for her because she just started preschool...plus her mom had mentioned that she wanted to have more skirts for victoria to wear this spring. the fabric worked out perfectly....see below!}
