*belly good*

i pinned these granola energy balls a while back and last week i decided to make them. so i went to kathie cooks and got the recipe. within five minutes i had everything together in a big bowl. i modified it a little though. since i can't have flaxseed (my intestines are very very picky), i had to use something else to help make the mixture less sticky, so i used my organic bread crumbs. i also put the mixture in a pan for bars rather then balls. they turned out great and very yummy! b and o thought they were grand! i was asked to make more...soon. :)
