{today b started the demo on our master bedroom....a while back, i had mentioned getting some new closet organizers..expanding our closet...b and i finally sharing a closet...maybe some new paint....blah blah blah..well that was then and this is now. there will not any remodeling of existing closets...
....because the picture above is what is left of the existing closet. we decided to demolish the ones that were there.....for starters...when ever b and i start a project...i pull an inspiration picture so that he can see what i am "hoping" for as the final project....this was ours...
since we are no longer just remodeling the closets...we are now going to plan b...not only are we getting new closets (thanks to the inspirational picture above)...we are going to get fresh paint on the walls....dutch tile blue will be no longer our master bedroom color...it will now be hollingsworth green.
we will have a head board (the one above in a custom fabric) for the first time in 7 years! we will get these wall sconces (below) for the sides of our bed....great for reading! a nice newly finished floor...maybe a new rug....
and some brand new bed linens...that i have yet to pick out...most of the linens will come from our local tj maxx, marshalls, ballard's backroom etc....this is what i am most excited about...putting a mixture of linens together!}
