{this week is really special for us....because our son turns one (on friday)! yippee! hooray! i thought it would be fun to look back and see what i was doing around this time last year.
so a year ago this week...i was planning for this...i had just watched this and i was checking these out...i also posted these inspirations for a baby's room which just so happens to be boy inspired....but on the day that Oliver was born...i posted this.}
{oh and i had to tell you all this...the month that we started our adoption journey, march 2009...i posted about this necklace. i had just received it from my dad for my birthday the month prior...
it's Oliver's birth stone, peridot! pure joy thinking of the coincidence of all these posts....Happy Tuesday!}

I still get goosebumps when I look at the picture you posted on his birthday - that could be you and b looking up and celebrating that Ollie was born! I'm also amazed that you were given that necklace at such a special time and it's Oliver's birth stone! These are not coincidences, it was all meant to be:)

oh my gracious - i have chills running rampant up & down my body. especially with that pic of celebrating with the caption of 'no words needed'. wow wow wow. God certainly works in mysterious ways. :) when you're in the thick of it, it is sometimes hard to see, but i am quite certain that God was at work a year ago when you posted that. that pic does look like it could be you & ben sending up a message to the heavens - not exactly sure what for, but feeling something BIG BIG BIG just happened. big big big hugs & prayers for you 3 this week as you celebrate. xoxoxo
